There are 4 standard sizes of Porta-Blast to choose from. Each set up consists of the work space containment, abrasive blasting and recovery, blasting ventilation and painting ventilation.
To get up and running you need to provide the following items:
Flat floor. There are many options for the floor. Concrete, steel, fiber board etc. Please refer to this post for more details on type of floor to use.
Electricity. Refer to the below chart for the total power requirement for the machinery.
Compressed air. Refer to the below chart for the total compressed air requirement for the machinery.
Abrasive to suit your blasting requirement.
Spray painting equipment. Available as optional item.
